Scrub Ltd Website Returns Policy
The following conditions refer to purchases made on www.scrub.nz
Postage costs associated with the return of products are at the sole responsibility of the customer, the
exception to this is where Scrub Ltd has deemed the product to be faulty. In this instance Scrub Ltd will arrange the method of return at its own cost.

Change of mind returns
Scrub Ltd will accept product returns if a customer changes their mind within 5 days following their date of purchase.
In order to qualify for a change of mind return, product/s must be unused, unopened and with all original packaging and labels intact.
If Scrub Ltd is satisfied with the condition of the product being unused, unopened and with all original packaging and labels intact, Scrub Ltd will provide the customer an online store credit equivalent to the value of the purchased product. Online store credits are valid for 60 days on www.scrub.nz
If Scrub Ltd is not satisfied with the condition of the returned product/s, the product/s will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.

If Scrub Ltd is satisfied with the condition of the product being unused, unopened and with all original packaging and labels intact, Scrub Ltd will provide the customer an online store credit equivalent to the value of the purchased product. Faulty product returns
A faulty product is defined as one which has arrived to the customer damaged. If a customer receives a faulty product, Scrub Ltd will refund the customer the value of the faulty product/s following their return to Scrub Ltd. A customer must communicate the fault within 14 days following the product’s purchase.

Email products@scrub.nz outlining whether the product return is due to ‘change in mind’ or ‘faulty product’. If ‘faulty product’ please include description of the fault. Our customer care team will then be in touch to organise next steps.
Delivery Information
Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery of your goods, a dispatch email will be sent when the goods are dispatched.
Additional Fee
Rural Delivery anywhere in New Zealand may incur additional freight costs; we will contact you prior to goods being dispatched if there are additional costs.
